Shipping Policy

Acebabe® Shipping Policy

Overview:

Ace Media Pte. Ltd. and its group of companies in Singapore ("Ace Media") ("Acebabe") ("Ador Global Pte. Ltd.") ("Adorbaby") aims to offer the best customer experience, ensuring that we provide the highest level of service to you at all times.

Shipping Fees:

1. Cash on Delivery not available.

2. For all orders under $39, a shipping fee of $3 will be charged.

3. For all orders $39 and above, shipping fee will be waived. 

The delivery of customer orders are supported by Ace Media's 3rd party logistic partners. The choice of partner might differ from time to time at the discretion of Ace Media. 

Shipping time

All orders are shipped out within 2 to 3 working days.

3rd Party Logistic delivery lead time: Within 3-7 days
*The shipping lead time are estimations and not a guarantee, actual lead time is subjected to situational changes outside of the area of control by Ace Media and our 3rd party logistic partners.

Note:

  1. Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment. Ace Media will not be held responsible for all failed delivery attempt due to wrong shipping address provided by our customers. Customers shall email in to hello@acebabe.com to rearrange for delivery, and customers shall bear the full cost of the delivery fees. 
  2. When encountering with force majeure, the processing of orders might be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in the most efficient manner possible when external factors outside of Ace Media's control permits.
  3. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged, If the item(s) be damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at hello@acebabe.com within 14 business days after receiving shipping. 

Orders Tracking:

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item(s) ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can know where your package is by visiting our 3rd party logistic partners' websites and placing the tracking number in the tracking search field. You are also welcomed to reach out to us via hello@acebabe.com to retrieve relevant shipping information.
